If you are new to SIM Football or been away from it for awhile, I'd suggest to take a school with a solid QB. Its easier to build around that QB and then find 1 player to rep a good Defense. You will likely find enough playmakers for RB, WR, TE to be very competitive with those other items in place.

Grab a team and give it a shot. I think you will enjoy the roster build and strategizing each game. And defense is more important here than in the open leagues. Halftime adjustments, your offensive schemes and tendencies on each down/distance, and knowing the opponent's strengths and weaknesses for the same defensive settings.

Awesome. The kicker and punter for Cal Bears are the 2 other reps. If you can’t find a CAL K and P that played in the NFL, then we allow anyone not from another school in the league.

oh, name the year and NFL team of the OL, DEF, and ST for those reps already named. Scroll back in the thread for examples- see coolmay_one post above. We can help clarify per the pro football reference website and WIS. Nice to have you join us!

also page 2 of this thread has my full Stanford team as an example directly from WIS team center. You might want to have DeSean as WR. Not sure if we stipulated in the rules for a double rep. We try to be less restrictive. You probably can find another ST rep and take advantage of that deep WR threat.

I should have my teams in by end of the weekend. Crazy work week this week so I just need a chunk of time to do some digging around.
