Based on suggestions from a few, I am going to accelerate the pick schedule to 2 picks per day (starting tomorrow). The first pick is due by noon eastern, and the 2nd due by end of day eastern.
Of course, I do encourage people to pick even more quickly as your schedule allows (and several are!).
I will adjust the page 1 schedule shortly.
