It would be another 12 hours before the person AFTER them could do so. (This protects the "next person up" for those 12 hours too).
If you are about to leap someone, consider sending them a message with a couple minutes warning because sometimes they get that notification.

Come on dude just when I was ready to go I get pulled back AGAIN. I take it Ribbentrop is slow playing everyone so he can swoop in after seeing every ones picks way in advance. I just hope we don't have to WAIT ANOTHER EXTRA DAY TO FIX THE PROBLEM.

Out of curiosity, if the owner ahead of you makes a pick in which they select somebody who has already been drafted, can you go ahead and make the next pick? I don't have to worry about this because I am following the guy who is maintaining the magic spread sheet, but given that two owners in a row made bad picks and it could be hours or days before they notice, I was wondering what the rules are in this situation.

They have until their deadline to make a valid pick. That's noon for round 5 and midnight tonight for round 6.

Hopefully it will get fixed quickly.

EDIT - I will give them a bit more time if needed since my pasting error was the cause.
