When a draw needs a player from the NL Central - is that the current NL Central ?
The NL Central was different in 2000 than it is today.

Also, does the player need to use a season that he was on that team ?
Maybe he was on an AL West Team last year.

He means that '15 Arrieta can be selected only once via Draw #24.
Also, '15 Arrieta can be selected only once via Draw #48.
