Hard to believe he lasted this long.

Well, I think I waited long enough... I seriously almost took 1910 Johnson in round 5 but wanted to grab my Speaker (he went early round 6). I almost took 1915 Johnson in round 7 but grabbed Sam Crawford (he went late round 7). I had "1917 Walter Johnson" all typed in for my round 11 pick and then changed my mind and took cheap pitchers Dumont and Wiltse the next two rounds. I was about to text njbigwig to proxy him for me in round 13 (then calhoop grabbed him 3 picks in front of me), at which point I took Cy Morgan and gambled that one of the two remaining Johnsons would make it back to me. Of course, njbigwig took '16 Johnson right after my round 13 pick, and so I had to sweat it out for an entire round. No more waiting...

That’s a blow. I was about to take him and decided to go one more round at the top. A lot of innings to make up now.

I was extremely worried that you were going to take him.
