I am a Red Sox fan. Not sure how I feel about Giant's players. Devers should be picked soon, but there are better hitters out there (Yaz, Papi, JD, and Pudge to name a few). BTW, It was really nice picking early. I was averaging the 18th pick coming into this turn. I was supposed to pick 24th, but traded NebHusker. It is hard to choose your reserves when you don't have a starter.

It was allowed under the old rules, clarified via NebHusker.

I didn't think that was allowed. Don't remember that happening before either. Really leaves other owners unaware of that rule at an unfair disadvantage until now.

In the Jan-Feb draft, I don't know whether any draft position trades happened or not. I was still figuring out the rules for the first few rounds. They are fairly common in fantasy draft leagues in my experience.

That's why I asked to clarify, and I suppose one of the risks involved with taking over as commish in a format one did not start. I used a similar approach to resolve questions that arose in the league I took over from Beernoser a few years back.

ermocito stepped up to take over so lets let him run it as best as he can. I would have liked to have made a draft position trade myself but lets move on

If anyone else wants to trade positions, tell me. You still need to have your total cumulative draft position numbers add up to 300.
This trade was a 18 for 18 and 24 for 24.

So far clarifiaction, you are now allowed to skip your pick in a round and make your next round selection first.

We were told in a sitemail that was not allowed.

I told the player their pick was not official until after they made their prior round pick, which is why they added "officially."

I can't stop people from posting things, but can adjust the official pick sheets on page 1 & 2.

Looks like this pick was missed based on the front page update.

Yeah, the next 3 days will be tough for me to pop in...got sent out of town for work and it's tough to check in.
