That world has gotten so messed up.  It is still my favorite world, but as b0t explained previously, the crappy teams have had crappy owners who have mismanaged the prospects to the point that it has slowly become more devoid of talent than you usually see in a world.

So anything can happen.

agreed, also the ownes tend to value prospects much more than Current ML talent,making it hard to rebuild through anything other than internal means
