The lower quality Chinese food is, the better it is.

My general rule used to be that the best Chinese restaurants had those Year of the Whatever paper placemats. But I can never find those anymore. Now it's usually just buffets with the tradtional Chinese soft serve ice cream and red jello.

Pei Wei has basically the same food for lower prices and no snooty waiters.

PF Changs that is.  Kohl's just sucks.  I once chose not to **** a girl because she shopped there.
