You need about 180 total stamina combined pass & run; it could be 100 QB stamina and 80 RB stamina (and then you'll need 400 receiving stamina); or 50 QB stam and 125 RB stam (and 200 receiving stam). The key thing for all skill players is maximizing ratings. Below 70 isn't very good unless you have a fine defense.
Most owners do not spend much on special teams, K or P.

K- $325.000 for Garo Yepremian....he has a 53% FG rate and 100% PAT. Spend more if you want a better FG%.
P- $325,000 Sid Luckman....34yds per punt.

a) It looks to me like Garo Y has a thirty three FG rating, not fifty three.
b) I prefer 1962 Elmore, a punt rating one tick better, for a measly $12,500 more.

I have a question that seems obvious but isn't.... Do teams run more effectively out 2TE sets compared to a 131... and is a 131 better than a 140.. While this seems logical, I don't think it matters from experience or from a pricing standpoint. A TE & a WR with the same ratings cost exactly the same. If they perform the same in the passing game (as they should) the TE should cost slightly more if formation affects the run game.

How about 2RB sets? RBs with a RUN STA of 1 and RUN RAT of 0 that have the same REC STA & REC RAT of a WR/TE do cost a little more... But I still question if 2RB sets are more effective for running than all other sets... I usually run 131 sets in every down and distance... Sometimes I use 140... One season I ran 122 exclusively. One season I ran mostly 131, but used 221 & 122 sets combined for about 30-35% of plays... I can't say that I can tell that it really makes difference, but I could be wrong.
