pretty much - but it went through as proposed with the second proposal for a guy at the same salary. 

no cash was involved in the proposals

fa offers outstanding?  that trade screen can be hiccupy...especially if you've withrdrawn one.

FA offer was outstanding before the proposal about 5 minutes before the intermediate cycle - FA signed and the **** hit the fan with this proposal - It originally was listed as proposed, then after the FA signing email I checked again and it went nullified.  That said -  I have the cap room no matter what the scenario - and I'm trading away $6.5 mil for his $300k
