I'm sure eveyrbody has their opinion on which category is the worst to draw. For me, it's the initials for a first name. There is a very small subset of usable players in thie category (especially with an unlimited cap).

This is the THIRD time I've drawn this category.
I had it once and not fan as it is too small a pool of players...
Not all of the draws were meant to be huge pools of top players.
#10 - A Player that played in the Federal League.
#15 - A Pitcher from the NLEast that had 10 or more losses.
#16 - A Starting Pitcher "SP" with an OAV of less than .200 and a Salary less than $4M.
#22 - A Hitter with less than 200 PA/162 that has a Batting Average above .375.
#33 - A Player with Joe for a First name below $7M.
#39 - A Player with Initials for his first name.

I suspected a few owners would get these draws multiple times and would have to fill their bench first or shift to a platoon type of lineup.
If you've been lucky enough to avoid these draws you're going to have a ton of PA's and IP's that aren't needed and it will just throw you into a higher salaried division. We are in round 19 and there are $10-$12M players still being drafted.

I know there are a few weaker cateorgies. I also pulled #22 twice and #33 once. So 30% of my draws are from these six weak categories, more than double what the average rate would be (6 / 50 = 12%).

So, I have two strong pinch hitters, a solid platoon OF, a 100-inning SP who will probably only pitch a mopup role, a decent RP with 27 innings and my starting 2B (who is the weakest hitter in my starting lineup). It's not the end of the world... IN the next iteration of this, it would be nice if you had a built-in method of not giving the same category to somebody more than once.
