As of 2001, when I took the bar, DE statutory rape (4th degree rape) law said, essentially, 16 and 17 are fine, as long as you're under 30 and not in a position of power or authority over the youngster.

I have literally zero clue about any other state's buzzkill/cockblock laws.

Well, I say under 16 is bad. 16 and up is probably okay in extreme situations in my book.

You want me to hit you up at some point and you can tell me a cool bar to go to and/or meet up with us (just me and a buddy) for a drink somewhere?

Sure. "Cool bar" depends on what you're looking for, in terms of music and such. At worst I can find out where Emily and the girls are working that night.
