I saw Rubio in another meeting with Vance and European leaders the other day. Again the almost stoic but fearful shocked look on his face. Sad and doleful.
He was not engaged and he keeps looking into the camera at meetings like someone who just found a dead body.

He does not look like he is having a good time.
Poor liddle Marco. He did not realize that the cabinet is a good MAGA boys and girls club and he is not a member of the party.

The various issues of the nature of a constitutional crisis continues to expand. What I have been seeing is the groundwork to not follow statutory law or court orders. Today Trump in fact posted He who saves his country can violate no law.

We are getting very close in a number of different court orders where it will be tested. It is not the defiance of the orders which is the of gravest concern but the sobering and frightening possibility that there will not be any means of carrying out enforcement especially that of contempt of court. That has been the plan. That is one of the reasons for putting a firing squad to government watchdogs.

Whenever it is possible criminal prosecution will have to use state courts if possible. BTW the first salvo in the dissolution of the rule of law and for real weaponized corruption was Judge Cannon.
She will go down in history as a Benedict Arnold and a “traitor” She is one of the biggest villains in the story. What she did was a foundational abuse of the rule of law and norms and ethical and moral standards done with impunity and disregard for everything necessary to having an independent judiciary. She has paved the way for more MAGA federal judges and state judges to follow in her footsteps.

She took the lead of Thomas and Alito and Kavenaugh and took it down to the national judiciary that is supportive of a MAGA government and the ascendancy of a wannabe dictator.


Foreign policy - we are seeing unilateral decisions that are excluding allies and even victims from negotiation.
Unilateral actions is the trademark of an UN democratic leader.

Things are getting worse by the day.

Immigration - Scores of immigration judges and staff have been fired. There is a huge backload of cases.
This to me is a sign also of a unilateral coming of abandonment of rule of law and a viciously decisive way of handling Trump’s hatred of non European immigrants with a final solution.

There was don’t forget the strongest immigration bill written that Trump told Johnson to kill.
It would have added a very significant addition of Judges And a very significant number of border agents and very importantly a brand new way of handling asylum requests which is the big clog.
The bill was going to screen requests in rapid fashion and about 90% which were considered patently invalid and not meritorious would lead to a quick deportation.
It would have been done within our former values of decency and integrity and humanity.
Trump killed the bill which would have been seen as strong and successful way of dealing with the problem. Non meritorious applicants would be sent out within 3-6 months.

Now the actual deportation rate is not massive and is 1/2 as many as Obama and in no way strong compared to Biden.

I am certain that case interviewers of legal applications for green cards will be replaced with people having an agenda of denial of claims.
Maybe replacement of immigration judges with MAGA disposed judges but expulsion of claimants without even congressional laws unless he does allow the passing of something resembling the bipartisan bill he killed.

To me the question of what kind of people we want to be and what people really think about democracy has been answered quite emphatically. Sure voters of democrat are prophesizing but they are a minority with a minority appeal.

We have troubles.

Remember when Comey got audited ( revenge ).
Are we going to have a spate of IRS audits of people on the enemy lists this time around.

OUT of his mind

Trump is going to strike a one sided deal and try to shove it down Ukraine’s throat take it or leave it. They can swallow it or choke on it.
Europe is shut out.
Trump says he wants scarce valuable minerals. He wants half. Maybe getting those mineral was part of why Russia attacked. If so what will Russia say if US gets them.
There is some complicated things going on; more then meets the eye.

Unilateral negotiation violating Ukraine’s best interst has caused universal distrust in Europe and turns US values and policies since end of WW2 on its head.

All of this is grist to the mill for those who consider Trump as a dictator with no interest in allies who will literally dictate terms to Ukraine and it looks like the minerals are “what’s in it for him”. After he has the terms he will then get Europe involved and will give them some voice about the details but in the big picture Trump will dictate to them and threaten them.

Im not predicting this but is not difficult to foresee a further dissolution of US participation in NATO all to the great benefit to Russia.
And that would only let Putin dream about picking off European countries attempting blowback with an isolated US in the background.

Remember what Trump said in I think early 24 - He said that unless they pay way way more of their GDP then he would say to Russia “Russia take Europe you can have them” The point is not about GDP payment but about his cavalier attitude toward Europe and NATO and what he views as indispensable and what is not. He does not care very much about NATO and is a true isolationist.

Russia,Russians , Russia. It was nothing but a radical lunatic left hoax.
Sure it was.

It is too depressing to talk about what the criminal in chief is doing to Ukraine, Europe and NATO. But he is in a vendetta against them and he is becoming a Siamese twin of Putin. Birds of a feather. There is a high risk of traveling into the realm of catastrophic history.

Onto the federal workforce.
There probably is some interest in slimming down the government but it is not the overriding reason. These are the true reasons :

1. The reconciliation package. To reiterate the gargantuan tax cut for the very wealthy cannot be approved by the parliamentarian unless there are proven ways that it will somehow produce revenues that are calculable and real AND the direct loss of tax revenue can be offset by budget cuts.

2. BUT the budget cuts so far are not nearly enough so we are seeing lies about how much is saved. Lies by multiples of 10. They lie to lay the foundation of a false amount of budget reduction.

And because the cuts will not cut it they are now going into the pentagon budget and it is inevitable that Medicaid funding to the states will be severely slashed and something will be done to Medicare and Sicial Security.

The backlash by Trump voters is happening at town hall meetings. Young Loud and Snotty.
Ferocious and pointed and angry. Accusing Trump of breaking the law and abusing democracy and ruining a lot of things like farming and the price of eggs. Really the price of eggs is still a rallying cry like Never Again and Remember The Alamo.

The anger there is against Trump and Musk.
In the general population there is a lot of anger for Musk but Trump is not yet being blamed. Not smart yet. But there is hope.

After Mussolini and Hitler started to end democracy there was still time. Time is running out.
Im not boasting because any kindergartner was capable of seeing what Dems were saying and what I have been saying since 2015.

The future of the foreseeable kind of country we will have is in the hands of MAGA supporters.

Meanwhile Trump is more then willing and joyful about murdering Ukraine if they do not bend their knee and give in to blackmail and extortion and his hatred.

On Ukrainian Rare Minerals

Most people do not realize that in December 2024 when we still had an honorable man as president Biden and Zelensky were almost finished with a deal where Ukraine would use their valuable minerals to compensate the USA for all of their help.

It was decided to let the deal be finalized after Trump started in order to give him the win. We all understand that. If a perfect deal was reached under Biden, Trump would probably kill it just because Biden did it just like he tried to kill the ACA and is killing the infrastructure plan.

As I previously wrote part of the Russia war was to get the minerals. Now Russia is proposing that the USA and Russia share minerals that can be extracted from the land they have stolen from Ukraine.
If will be disastrous and a catastrophic blunder and an example of pure evil if Trump expresses interest.

It should be enough that he tried to exploit the Ukraine offering and tried to extort 50% of the minerals.

I don’t think it would be a far fetched thought to say that there are more people getting fired and forced to resign or resigning out of the feeling of coercion from the federal work force then there are illegals being deported.

There used to be an actual KKK guy that would call the Howard Stern show and he would always start off a rant with “wake up white people”. Today regarding the Trump, From the smart to the suckers - Wake up people.

Educated Fleas Do It

The more undereducated “GOP” voters and supporters are the happier that Trump and MAGA is because the only good Trump supporter is a dumb bell. Mission accomplished.

Maga federal workers getting fired are sending thank you notes to Musk. They say that it is about time that somebody had the common sense to fire them and how in the world were they even hired. They blame Biden for not firing them, that scoundrel.

Musk says that unless the extremely rich ( you know the special people ) get the brand new 4 trillion tax cut ( don’t forget the one they got in 2017 ) the country will go bankrupt. That is correct. To be absolutely precise he says that we must have at least 2 to 4 trillion in budget savings or the country will go bankrupt BECAUSE the 4 trillion tax cut will bankrupt the country and send us into the Stone Age unless we have equal budget cuts. As Paulie once said, I live only to serve you my liege.

So get out there good Americans and send whatever you can to Musk or Bezos or any needy billionaire. It will give you such a warm feeling.

Altruism and concern for your fellow Americans will make you proud and happy.
