Citizenship and Immigration Services does not want people using subterfuge to gain entry through a student visa. They are closely watched. A marriage application for permanent status is carefully scrutinized. It could not be the reason to get a student visa. To come in for reasons of getting permanent residence is forbidden.

If they encourage or sanction violence or act in a way that foreseeably could inspire violence or disruption on a significant scale they should be deported.

If they publicly support political goals of Hamas but nothing else and it is not their reason for being here and they adhere to the educational reasons that they are here for then that should be permitted.

All of that being said. If the laws and constitution are meticulously applied and due process is afforded through all stages of the judicial process and they are deported on just cause I will not shed a tear.
