And if that and when it would eventually get to the Supreme Court again and they rule against him again what happens if he says they are a bunch left wing radical lunatics who hate America and he refuses to follow their ruling?

And what happens if some military won’t take his orders what happens to them? Immediate court martials?

If it was just a lunatic president without a MAGA military we would have a chance.

Big story low radar. It is never in the news but the gargantuan civil case against Dondolph Trumpler re Jan 6 is moving forward.
Discovery is starting including depositions including Trumpler.

However one big issue must first be decided. The judge will soon rule on whether Trumpler gets immunity for what he wrought on that fateful day based on that Supreme Court decision which drew a distinction between private acts and official acts.

No matter what the ruling will be it will be appealed up to the Supreme Court. The district court and the appeals court will rule against Trump.

Then the Supreme Court will have to apply their criteria to the facts of January 6. It is possible that maybe Gorsuch and or Kav could say not official acts but I would not hold my breath.

If may come down to Roberts and Barrett. Although their record on everything except ACA is mostly poor they are the only normal conservatives on the bench and they are the wild cards.

Two days ago October 14 was the final recording of one imo of the most enjoyable Beatles songs - Savoy Truffle by George Harrison. Amazing - like the Beatles going big band. When I hear it I picture the brass section getting up off their chairs and standing when they blast their dynamic part of the song.

While I mention that another song although very much appreciated but does not get the mad love it deserves is Baby’s In Black. It is imo peak Beatles harmonizing.

I bet Brian Wilson got motivated by it.

Sometimes people do not appreciate good fortune when it happens. It is unbelievable today to think that the police broke up the rooftop concert. Thanks. You are what you eat is a line in the song but I also as you said apply it to choosing leaders and political movements. Some people choose to eat what is not digestible for human beings.
