The meds refuse to have anything to do with him.


All the chatter for me - what I come back to all of the time is who are these people who talk about God and religion but they do not care about the unfortunate people. They almost hate them for being poor.
But don’t they talk a good game about religion.

Meanwhile I would give the shirt off my back to help someone and neither religion or God enters my mind.
I don’t need it and it is a distraction.

So fake people who are part of that and that.
It is a bit disorienting trying to figure them out.
And so many of them are just like Catholic priests hiding from themselves in a cloister and a vestibule.


It is all a big goof where the people going to hell are the actual good guys. And we know the rest.

Try to calm down. There is no reason to be upset. No one is trying to "get you" or harm you in any way. We're all pulling for you. One thing that will probably help is for you to stay off social media. If you do post, think and say nice things. Try not to get angry or stay worked up. The medication can only do so much. It's up to you to help it along by staying calm and even keeled and for goodness sake, watch something other than the news. There's nothing you can do to help the Bidens at this point. Don't dwell on the cocaine story or impeachment. If you have streaming try watching something nice like...the Beverly Hillbillies or something. Politics will only excite you and we need you to stay emotionally level. Hang in there pal.

Lenny about 7 years ago, I took Statens for 2 weeks and they would have destroyed me. My blood pressure is good today and i lowered my cholesterol with natural remedies.. in less than 4 months. Lowered it by about 40% and end up with a good HDL: LDL ratio. Statens are dangerous, imo. They will eat at your muscle mass, slow down the production of CO - Q10..and they have been linked to dimentia. On U T there are a lot of sites that have good info on them. They also can and often will damage the liver. I hope you flush them down the toilet

Good news is that there is a lot of good info on U T re: lowering cholesterol, and stroke prevention. . Most important, is cut out as much sugar as you can. Two foods that are awesome for circulation are apples and Avocados. I eat 2 of each every week .. Baby Aspirin is good for stroke prevention, and so is Garlic. I take 3 cloves a day, in pill form. No stench. Since I started that, I have been sick just once in 25 years.b/c is strengthens the immune system

Today I walk about 2 - 3 miles a day and work out for abut 45 minutes doing pushups, shoulder press, chinups and biceps curls, and that is after Open heart surgery 7 yrs ago (bad valve) a gall bladder removal, a mild stroke, and then an endocarotidectomy. That is like rotor rooter on the carotid artery.
I was blocked 90% and am lucky to be alive. Thing is, I was pretty fit, so the surgeries and recovery were pretty easy to get through. I have to admit, the last 10 months were really tough, but last 2 months are all good

So much for adversity. Without it, we never grow

I am awake at this ungodly hour to read your post.
My best friend’s son who is 6 but very strong and wild punched me and poked me hard in stomach with fists and a toy gun and I ended up in the horse pistol over night but I am now home.
Hopefully we will have breakfast at Perkins where I get regular scrambled eggs and French Toast made with egg beaters because of my dairy allergy to the batter up made with milk.
She will treat so good deal all the way around.
This kid is amazingly athletic. He runs like the wind and I have see him at 5 years old hang with 14 year old female track athletes.

Anyway at this ungodly hour I read a post that leads me to use a phrase that I don’t apply to many people. Only those who earn it and harbor certain terrible opinions and values, that make it dangerous for people like me and Wylie sometimes.
