I think it's worth highlighting that if we want to draft someone with only 1 season, the additional minimum 239K player has to be set on rest, can't be used for garbage time.

From Page 1:
"4. If a player with only 1 eligible season is drafted, users can add a minimum salary player and set them at rest for the entire season."
