$50M Clone Draft

Rules:

1. No rookies, or waiver wire.

2. Each user is responsible for drafting and managing a team that remains in compliance with the league rules.

3. 6 round draft. 6 exclusive players. Use two versions of each drafted player.

4. If a player with only 1 eligible season is drafted, users can add a minimum salary player and set them at rest for the entire season.

5. Draft Sequence: ABBABB.

6. Draft order: Draft lottery will use the New York Lottery. Each user will be given a time slot. The first three numbers drawn during that time slot will be your score. Lowest score will be number 1 and so on. Ties will be broken by whoever has the lowest 4th number.

7. A posted pick is FINAL. No changing picks after a selection is posted. If an ineligible selection is made, the draft will continue on and the user who made the selection will have to make another pick. Other users do not have to wait for the makeup pick to be made.

8. During the draft, site mail the next 2 users on the schedule after making your pick, or state that you cannot site mail and somebody will take care of it.

9. Draft will be on the clock. 24 hour rule in place.

10. Trades are allowed, but only for entire draft slots, not individual picks.

11. Divisions: Divisions will not be random. Divisions will be assigned based on the chart Sephy13 created at the start of the BOWIS year.

12. During the draft, please refrain from mentioning undrafted players.

13. No tanking playoff games. All "best players" must play at least half of their min/82 in every playoff game. Exceptions to be made for foul trouble or common sense reasons. Penalties will include an automatic forfeit of the next game.

14. The "Commissioner" may take control of any team refusing to comply with the league rules. A warning will be issued in the league forum and a sitemail, after which the user has 3 games to comply. All games in violation are 'losses'.
