Welcome to my newest random player league:
In the past we had FUNtoon help us out by drawing from a list of over 2000 of the best players in WIS. I am now creating a new program which will draw from the ENTIRE WIS database!

The program will be designed to draw an entire team, 25 players divided by position, and display them. These 25 players can be any player, any season (including splits). For the sake of simplicity, players will be listed by primary position, with all outfielders in the same pool. Pitchers with more than 100 IP/162 will be treated as starters, with a few exceptions, and starters with less than that will all be treated as RPs. Every single season in the WIS database will have an equal chance to appear.

The draft will be 5 rounds, in which you will take 5 players each round from the sample team you are given.
The draft will be done via DMs, I send you your sample team, you send me back what you want to do. Once you select your group, it can be changed up until the point I send you your next team, at which point the players are locked.

My draft will be done live, more details on that to come.

In order to help with your team building prowess, you will be given 5 lifelines! (Yes the theme is all about 5s!)
1: Twist a player exactly 5 years (your crappy 1925 Ruth can become a legendary 1920 Ruth)
2: Twist a player LESS than 5 years (your crappy 1922 Ruth can become 1921 or 1920 etc.)
3: Twist the first name (your 1995 Mike Maddux will obviously get a boost)
4: Twist the last name (your 1995 Greg Gagne will get a very nice boost)
5: Reroll the team

For lifelines 3 and 4, the name must match EXACTLY as it is in the database. You cannot turn Gregg Olson into Greg Maddux etc. You can use more than one lifeline on the same roll, and even the same player. So your 1996 Greg Norton, can turn into 1996 Greg Maddux, and then twist it to 1995.

Salary cap is unlimited with teams seeded by salary. DH yes, no WW/Trades/Injuries/AAA. Clones are allowed ONLY if drawn naturally, you cannot use a lifeline to select a clone. Stadiums can be any stadium that one of your players played at home in that season.

1) Each lifeline can only be used once, or once p/roll???

2) We will get 5 rolls, or 5 teams as above???

Once total, so you can use all 5 on the same set if you so desire.

You get 5 rolls, each of which is a full roster, and you pick 5 from each. They come in one at a time, not all at once.

On that turn. Aside from rerolling the other 4 it's assumed you using it to get a specific player/season, so you will know what you are doing

If you draw 1996 Greg Gagne, you can use two lifelines to twist the last name, becoming 1996 Greg Maddux, then a second one to twist the year to 1995 Greg Maddux

If you draw 1995 Mike Maddux for example, you can twist any of the 3 options, the year (obviously of little help by itsself here) the first name (you want a different Maddux) or the last name (you want a different Mike) or combine them.
