I appreciate everyone's patience and am happy to announce that the wait is over. Signups for the next Cup are officially underway.

There are a couple of players who have already submitted their teams into the competition several weeks ago and I'll add those squads to the list in the next day or so. Because of the long delay between the end of the last tournament and the start of this one, I'll let signups go for a bit as it might take a little time for folks to check in.

We need 16 teams to roll and can have a max of 32. You can either sitemail me to add a team or simply post a comment below if you have posting rights.

With 17 teams signed up at this point, it is official and the Cup is a go. Not sure exactly what the start date will be. Probably right after the US MLK holiday, which is jan 19th...so maybe Group Stage play will begin on the 20th?

I have yet to send out the mass mailer that I do for folks who don't regularly check in to the forums. If you all would post a message in your worlds that a new Cup is underway, that may alert some guys.

I absolutely need to add the Cup XVII results to the Record Book. Our Champion, FC Stratford-Upon-Avon King's Men, doesn't even have its name immortalized yet. That's not right.
