lol Slim….Gotta change it up. I finally had some free time to research building another team. Had some success with the Padres, but they couldn’t win in the playoffs….so, I’m gonna try the Copper State team and see if I can have a toy success there.

After much deliberation, my 2nd team will be the 1916-1925 Brooklyn Robins.

Nice, I almost went with a version of the old Robins myself.

Always like to see things get shaken up a bit here with different teams and players and hopefully learn something new about them! Ken Williams, Rasty Wright, etc. were certainly revelations on the WS champion 1916-25 St Louis Browns in the last league :)

My initial thoughts on league realignment by years/era with owners having 2 teams each being in different leagues like we have done in the past (subject to change based on remaining 2 spots to be filled) so please let me know your thoughts:

Thanks, lb_bunk80. I like trying out a variety of teams. I am hopeful the Robins will turn out well. At least, the starting pitching looks good (including Hall of Famer Dazzy Vance and one of the last old spitballers, Bureligh Grimes). Offensively, not much power but half a dozen .300 hitters in the starting lineup.

Heads up that all spots are claimed so once the 4 remaining rosters are submitted to the league, I'll scrub the rosters to make sure all players drafted are eligible and then realign the league.

Please be sure to make any finalized roster changes and settings changes to your team/s soon as we could potentially have games getting started as early as within a few days.
