Note that there are quite a few duplicates. As mentioned in the rules, several of these guys played more than 21 seasons, and therefore will occasionally appear twice in any given season. I have frontloaded most of the duplicates, and we will see fewer of them as the seasons progress. To avoid having teams that are too similar, when duplicate seasons are necessary, I use opposite ends of the player's career. So for Randy Johnson we are using both 1988 (his first season) and 2009 (his last season) in season 1. Other pitchers are mostly handled similarly.
To allocate the pitchers for season 1, I will start with the current list of owners: 1.) contrarian23

I will an owner who is NOT in our league generate a random 1-24 ordering. We will use this reorder our list of owners, and allocate pitchers accordingly. If the number 9 is first on the random list, then owner #9 (redwingscup) will get the first pitcher on the list (1970 Blyleven). Etc.
