Final alignment (divisions) updated above. I was able to make the geography fit a little better. Dolphins with the Southeast teams. Wash with the Northeast. CA teams together (just disregard that its the NFC Central). Cincy closer to the NY state teams.

Just waiting for Washington to resubmit the team. I'll align and the schedule will be out at 1130pm or 1130am today or tomorrow. You'll get the league start email when that happens. Games soon!

Franchise Dreams III. You can retain 1 franchise or claim a new one. Same decade rules and cap. You can designate a keeper team now. New franchise claims begin this Thursday 7/23/26 at 6pm ET. Congrats to milest and the Rams on the FD II title!

I will sitemail all current owners now on this update. As soon as a team is dropped, they are available anytime starting Thursday at 6pm ET and thereafter.

We will wait until 12 teams are claimed until it’s open to 2 teams. Also once 12 teams are claimed, the current teams no longer have the option as a keeper meaning all remaining teams are available.

I will post a keeper and available franchise list tomorrow to give a day before the new claims open up Thurs at 6pm ET. riverratk indicated interest in retaining the Colts in the league chat, so we’ll hold that as the first keeper franchise for FD III for now.
