It means you can draft (and use) 200-225K players from your franchise's history, even if they didn't play on the particular season you're using. I've got the 1915 Chicago White Sox, for example, and I drafted pitcher Anthony Ranaudo (203K). Ranaudo was on the 2016 Chicago White Sox.
You get 6 AAA bats and 2 AAA pitchers in this theme, so most owners will draft 8 of these scrub types and send them to the minors for the rookies.
For the six AAA bats and 2 AAA pitchers, do most owners draft some low priced players for their team and get some higher priced players for AAA?
Also, what is the salary amount of the higher priced players. In another league I am in, average position players can be up to $2,500,000 and average pitchers can be up to $1,500,000. Is that about the same here?
