Thank You Mr Acavano Topic

For months maybe a year I said that the Dems would have to come down to Trump’s level; the level of a liar and cheat and bum and megalomaniac who spoke like a nasty drunk. Most importantly a liar.

A few politicians did that before the election but Harris did not. They would occasionally curse even f bombs and a few insults. Harris didn’t possibly because of misogyny that exists especially among African American male voters.

Now I strongly believe that that the word liar and lies must be employed EVERY time Trump has to be corrected. And it should be used harshly and strongly and without reservation. And street talk will still be needed. Why the street talk? Because we have so many dumb people who prefer dumb to smart.

The use of liar is different. It will be the Dems who will be foolish if they don’t attack with ferocity.

I predict that you will see the word liar used a lot ( probably not enough imo ) but still quite often.
Maybe even starting today.

Preceded with "inveterate" would even be more appropriate! As in Trump is an "inveterate liar" and a complete scumbag. For just one example..........

I hope that whatever bob posted was worthy
but if not that’s ok too.

Further elaboration. I think that the only prominent federal politician that sometimes speaks in a folksy way is Senator Joe Kennedy.

There was a time when lots of people in congress mostly southern would relate to people like they were on Andy of Mayberry. Never condensing but used metaphors or wisdom or parables etc.

That type of communication is now replaced by flat blunt twisted misleading lies. Deception as a fine art.

Those were the days when people in congress had class. But when you compare republicans in congress today it makes me think of the old saying - the apples don’t fall far from the tree.

THERE WILL BE BLOOD PART 2

Trump loves a man in a uniform. He craves the show of force. It seems like they are all around the city capitols. Will he put them in the neighborhoods where there is the most crime. Probably not. He will have his force arrest people for talking back and spitting in the street. There will be plenty of stupid unjustified arrests
to cow people.

But I think there is another reason why he is putting uniformed National Guard in urban cities. I really do think that he wants them to be there for the next election to scare people away from voting or to use them in some way to corrupt the system including maybe the counting process. They are going to be used in some way to corruptly influence the elections.

AND I think actual military are going to be added in significant numbers as a big part of his plan to dominate the cities.

We are not yet near the tipping point but we will get there.

And get ready for fake law enforcement statistics and fake economic statistics.

You can call it the degradation of the government and the democracy that is our form and you can say it is happening by degrees but it is happening right in our faces.

Peaceful protest will give way to anger in the streets as courts enable him and all of the agencies that are supposed to protect us are taken over corruptly in a Nazi way. The revenge retribution arrests shows that we are well on our way.
A lot of experts are now also talking about trump really doing the chilling thing of using the troops to scare them away from voting. This is deadly serious.
He is going to some things if he can to stop or make it exceedingly difficult to use mail in ballots.

And I foresee martial law before the election.

It is getting worse every day. Republican voters are to
blame. They got us here and they still refuse to
ack what is happening.

The Adam Schiff Mortgage Fraud Case

Here is my breakdown. I see 3 areas of inquiry aka areas of republicans feigned outrage.

1. He has a 3400 square family home in MD and a 650 square feet condo in Burbank - both upscale areas esp the MD home.

He lists both as permanent residences on mortgage forms. The republicans are outraged ( even though hundreds in congress now do the same. Because it is valid).

There are 3 classifications / permanent residence and investment home and vacation home. The focus is only on the condo. He lives there when he is in California and it is not rented so not an investment home. And not a Vacation home. The kids never go there or rarely. It is defininitively the residence when he goes to California for town halls or fundraising or meeting constituents and he has an office in California where he goes to.

It isn’t used by him or anyone in his family for a vacation and he lives there for a fairly significant time each year. BTW - purchased in 2009.

So the only possible category is primary residence.
And for real estate and mortgage a classification of law dual permanent residences is completely legal.

In sum Adam disclosed to each lender that he had 2 homes and considered each as a primary home and there was not any other way to classify them. There is no category for primary permanent residence and secondary permanent residence. And he spends considerable time in each. You obviously are not required to live 182 days in each. Cue cynical laughter.

So the simultaneous 2 residencies is ridiculous and only meant to harass the senator and force him into legal defense.

2 and 3 - Both are byproduct of political considerations but no federal crime and the only thing remotely illegal ( but it isn’t ) is a state law matter.

Every state has a residence requirement for Senators and congressmen. You are not required to spend the majority of the year in your home state. OBVIOUSLY,
There are certain requirements less then that and there is not a single state that has ever strictly enforced it I think never.

Im not saying it has to be strictly enforced. For example Hawley lists his sister’s house as his home state residence and how much time do you think he spends there?

Schiff is registered to vote in CA spends a great deal of time yearly there and owns the condo. Under the law he does not have to have it as his primary domicile.
He is well within the way the law has always been interpreted doing nothing of a criminal nature.

Aligned with the above is the statement on mortgage docs which call the Maryland house as the second house. Maybe that was inadvertently done but if not it tracks the necessity of the Senator residence requirement. Why would he say it - because he thinks that it looks good politically.
To my knowledge with everything disclosed it is more or less irrelevant. I don’t think it financially impacted anything. And if it did slightly that WOULD NOT rise to the level of criminality in our Justice system.

The only remaining issue is I think a fed tax matter. He can take a tax exemption on one of the homes. He chooses Burbank. It is $7,200. I can just about guarantee that the exemption would be more on the MDA home.
He wants to exaggerate for the voters where his primary residence is. The exemption chosen gets him a lower benefit and it is not a crime to choose the California condo with his interpretation true or not true.
Mainly because there is no financial benefit and it is a reality that much time is spent in Burbank for his work.

So it comes down to his fib of calling his Burbank home as his primary permanent residence and MD as his secondary primary residence although there are no such mortgage categories for describing the 2 homes.

I don’t even think under federal law that he must take the tax exemption on the house used more when both ARE legally primary residences.

BOTTOM LINE - much about nothing and a fraudulent case for the purpose of harassment and to create legal fees.

Isnt that sick and sickening and evil? Yes Yes Yes!

If you are interested in the Schiff fraud case I encourage you to read the above.

On today’s mass shooting

If you want machine guns to be illegal and more gun control you are a liberal and woke. That’s what they say.

If you are against more gun control and insist that machine guns be legal then you are a conservative.

It is their labels.

The only way that Trump would change his mind would be if the big balls doge guy was killed by a machine gun.

Maybe “conservatives” have a limit of 10,000 kids killed before they will consider an assault weapon ban.
But Trump wants a one year jail sentence for burning a flag.

I have never said the congressional Trump enablers are rational with a legitimate concern for life and death of people or our way of life.

ON THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS

For the dangerous no conscience hypocrites who claim to be religious but make keeping machine guns legal as a strong reason for who they vote for I will pray for your souls. You need those prayers because each of you is a co-defendant of the ones that pull the triggers.

They have the right to remain quiet and anything that they do or say or think will be used against them in a court of their god.

Realclear Data v Political Lies

For the sake of truth among vicious racist liars.

First of all look at the statistics in light of the billion dollar cut by Trump to the DC budget.

In 2023 - 950 carjackings
In 2024 480 carjackings
2025 before Trump on a pace for less then 300 carjackings.

If DC could have the number of police officers they need and more FBI and a budget for the crime prevention programs that were working Troops would be superfluous.
Trump took all of those things away.

Yet carjackings were being decreased and if not for Trump slashing funding it would be even better.

BTW - over 70% of carjackings are by minors.
Programs reduced or ended because of Trump were working.

All crimes except those by people in the Trump administration were going down precipitately without maximum tools.

Look lies in the face and look through them.

Some of us do not want racist authoritarian lying SOSs in government. Is that too much to ask for?

AND he is lying about which cities are the worst for crime. The worst are southern cities in red states. There are scores of cities in southern red states with worse crime then in DC.

And that’s a fact Jack.

The Secretary of Hell and Human Survivalists
A Comedy of Terrors

It could have been seen by Helen Keller that we were degenerating into a philosophy of life that teaches the survival of the fittest. In that jungle the weak die and the herd moves onward and upward.

Compassion is woke.

Science is woke.

Intelligent people should be mocked.

Climate scientists should be burned at the stake.

Vaccines are bad because they save the lives of people that God intended should die. Weed out the weak and let them sink or swim. It is God’s will and laboratory medicine is evil because it thwarts God’s plan.

Dont trust your doctors. They could be woke.

Pharmocology is the devil’s playground.

The USA is up the creek without a paddle.

Soon the dying from the policies of madmen and assorted maniacs will foster in a Christian Science Monitorship where thoughts and prayers are the only permissible medicine. Replace medical journals with bibles.

Shun progress and intellect.
Respect the irrational and irredeemable and blindly embrace the ramblings and character of crazy people.

Hell in a hand basket.

GOVERNMENT / NATE JACKSON

The CDC, RFK, and the Science

Demetre Daskalakis, director of the CDC’s National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases, declared that RFK’s moves “do not reflect scientific reality” and that the CDC had reached an “unfettered situation where undue influence and ideology would drive the science.” Daskalakis, by the way, is a Satanist. In his resignation letter, Daskalakis makes a point of using “he/him” pronouns and decrying the danger posed to “pregnant people.” He was Joe Biden’s monkeypox czar, which is interesting because Daskalakis is homosexual and monkeypox was primarily a homosexual affliction. No wonder the CDC avoided that science. In fact, he proclaimed on national television that the Biden administration “supports peoples’ joy as opposed to calling them ‘risky,’” adding, “One person’s idea of risk is another person’s idea of a great festival or Friday night.” In other words, he was defending homosexual orgies. According to The Daily Caller, “Daskalakis once ran HIV screenings out of a Manhattan [sadism and masochism] club and gave vaccines in drag at sex clubs.” There's plenty of film on this guy if you'd care to look it up. He's mentally unstable.

A War Time Presidente

As predicted there is retaliation in the war.

In June Canada imports of orange juice was 6 million.
Last June was 12 million. Want to bet that it doesn’t drop more in July and August?

25 countries just stopped shipments of small items to the United States.

Just wait until there are some complaints about the price of eggs. That is when all shirt breaks loose.

It could not happen to a nicer country.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PART 1 of The American Republic Ground Zero

Yesterday the circuit court of appeals ruled most of the tariffs illegal. Next stop is Supreme Court where there are 3 liberals and 2 right wing ideologue politicians and 4 conservative justices.

Nobody tries to predict anything among the 4 conservatives anymore. There will probably be at least that sink Trump but nobody knows.

The Court won’t take up the case until October and there won’t be a decision until probably January 2026. Could be later.

So plenty of time for Trump to consolidate his demolition of the American economy and create lasting enmity with the rest of the world.

Retaliation has begun in earnest.

The feeling of deep deep disgust and I would say definitely hatred among NATO countries of Trump is very very well demonstrated by the president of Portugal a NATO member.
The president just said in completely unambiguous and blunt language that “ Trump is objectively a Russian or Soviet asset”. Not ironical clever words. It can’t get more explicitly brutally clear of his beliefs. Nobody disagreed or criticized him!!!!

Not in a zillion years could anyone imagine a NATO country saying such a thing and as strongly as possible.

NATO knows it is true as all intellectually honest people do and maybe they also have intercepts. But to have it publicly said by a NATO leader. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And the story is taken in stride because he spoke for them all and smart people everywhere.

Planet Earth we have a problem.

“Trump is a Russian asset – and my presidency hasn’t gone the way I’d hoped"

The President of the Republic, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, has given a speech calling for peace, climate action, dialogue and multilateralism, asking the world not to resign itself, to Trump. The head of state called for the formation of a Palestinian state and peace "in the invaded Ukraine, in war-torn Sudan" and "also in the Middle East, with the hope that the ceasefire will be effective and contribute to a lasting peace agreement that respects the populations, international law, of the United Nations resolutions, namely the establishment of two States." He made no mention of the wars that have ended since Trump took office.

Portugal’s president, soon to be former President, described Mr Trump as a Russian asset. It is not a new notion; Mr Trump has been thus described many times in the past – but not by sitting presidents of Europe. He stressed that he intends to “step away from politics completely” when he ceases to be president on March 9 next year, and plans to teach in primary and secondary schools, participating only in the Council of State and in official ceremonies – and he admitted that his 10-year mandate really hasn’t gone the way he had imagined. While there is no proof that Trump is a Russian agent, de Sousa continued, stating that “objectively, the new American leadership has strategically benefited the Russian Federation.”

That said, there has been no immediate comment from government quarters on Marcelo’s speech – and absolutely no reaction to his assessment of Donald Trump. The only comment so far has come from euro MP Tânger Correia (CHEGA) who believes Marcelo “has crossed a red line.

“It is beyond the jurisdiction of a Portuguese President of the Republic to say such a thing,” Correia told Diário de Notícias, adding that the statements will have no impact on bilateral relations “because Marcelo has no credibility whatsoever” and the situation “is so surreal that it cannot even be taken seriously”.
