Once we were the ugly American. Now we are the despicable Americans. The European countries and the Latin American countries, Canada and Asia and Australia, and the Middle East, all think that the American people are just as much to blame as Trump. They are wise to the fact that there really is no separation. A half is equal to a whole.
If it was January 2028, the countries around the world, especially Europe would say we could wait this out. We will persevere. But we have three more years to go.
right now I would say that we have gone from 10 steps away from the destruction of the allies from United States to one or two steps away. By this time in February, I think there will be virtual dissolution.
It took years to rehabilitate the world view about Germany. if it was not led by the United States, maybe it would’ve taken much longer. It took a solid 15 years before there was any type of breakthrough.
Germany was considered to have been hijacked by Hitler. The Verman people deserved almost equal blame. They knew what was happening including concentration camps and most were fine with it. And for the rest there was violence and secret police involved to control the rest.
Right now the secret Police is only hunting down, undocumented immigrants and people protecting them. We have not yet reached a point where the secret police will be hunting down disagreeable Americans. But we are not that far away from that. It has started.
If a democrat or otherwise normal person is the next president. It will still take years before most countries in this world will trust the American people. It is the American people that completely voluntarily elected Trump twice. They are very much to blame for what is happening.
Perhaps I am being overly dramatic, but the people of Maga still have time to salvage what is left of their souls. Definitely, they are losing their self-respect and the respect of others. They are being tested. So far, they have failed at every corner.
There is still Some type of concussion syndrome. People see what is happening and read about it, but their minds are not capable of comprehending the reality. No matter what keeps happening step-by-step they simply shrug it off or make excuses for it or join in.
It is not so difficultto form a blunt assessment of Trump And everything that is happening. It is not a one step forward, two steps back situation. It is a progressing attack on democracy and the values that we used to uphold.
dictators are in it for themselves and do not care about the people at all. The mentally ill dictators have a worked sense of reality and purpose. They are selfish evil people. Every single one of them. And absolutely Trump is no exception.
We are at the end of the line. The Republicans in Congress must step up and decide whether they’re going to be human beings or willing executioners of our democracy. They must join the Democrats to protect our country from Trump and Maga, and they must join in numbers because Trump will veto anything that stands in his way of glorification and promotion of hatred, which is his thing.
The Democratic Party has never produced a person like Donald Trump.except in that bastion of racism in the south but most of those Dems were forced to become republicans .Never. A president candidate.Not since the Democrats became the good guys for the little guys. Right before FDR. Ever since then the Republican party reverse course from the party of Lincoln and it is never returned.
Trump did one service to sociologists. He exposed the fact that in large groups of people you will have good or try to be good for vs not good, which includes evil. If it is happening here, it can happen anywhere even now. Germany was not an exception.
And Germany knows this all so well and every day try’s to keep the right wing in check and prevent more people being attracted to it.
About 40% cannot comprehend or accept this proven fact.
