Here's Another Big Thing That May Have Factored Into the Kimmel Suspension
Nick Arama

Nielsen data showed sharp summer declines and a year-long slide that leaves him trailing late-night rivals such as Fox News’ Greg Gutfeld and CBS star Stephen Colbert.

According to monthly Nielsen figures, “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” dropped to just 1.1 million total viewers in August 2025, down 43% from January’s 1.95 million. His August household rating of 0.35 marked the weakest showing of the year.

The advertiser-coveted 18–49 demo also cratered. Kimmel averaged only 129,000 viewers in that bracket in August, off from 212,000 in January and less than half his June peak of 284,000.

Jimmy Kimmel May Have Violated the Law (i.e., an FCC Regulation)

The FCC has promulgated many regulations that govern the airwaves. One of them is 47 C.F.R. § 73.1217.

No licensee or permittee of any broadcast station shall broadcast false information concerning a crime or a catastrophe if:

(1) The licensee knows this information is false;

(2) It is foreseeable that broadcast of the information will cause substantial public harm, and

(3) Broadcast of the information does in fact directly cause substantial public harm.

These Are The Facts Smack

Who Commits Terrorism in the USA ?

1. 87% - Islamic
2. 11% - Right Wing
3. 2% - Other

85% of non Islamic terrorism comes from right wingers.
This can be fact checked. It comes from a well respected libertarian organization called Kato.

Facts don’t matter to most people that have hitched their wagon to MAGA and shame on them.

That CATO Study on Political Violence Is Hot Garbage... And I'll Prove It

That CATO Study on Political Violence Is Hot Garbage... And I'll Prove It
MATT MARGOLIS

The go-to talking point making rounds among Democrats and their media allies centers on a study from the Cato Institute’s Alex Nowrasteh, which purports to show that right-wing extremists commit the majority of politically motivated killings in America.

The Daily Caller’s Amber Duke dug into Nowrasteh’s methodology and exposed it as sloppy and biased. His list misclassifies several killers as “right-wing,” often stretching the label to absurdity. Duke highlighted many of these flaws, but even she missed a few glaring examples. Take the 2022 Club Q shooting in Colorado Springs: Nowrasteh called it “right-wing” despite the shooter, Anderson Lee Aldrich, identifying as “non-binary” and suffering from severe mental illness. He killed five people. Likewise, Peyton Gendron, who murdered ten people in a Buffalo supermarket, was branded “right-wing” even though his manifesto explicitly described himself as an “eco-fascist national socialist.” The same goes for Patrick Crusius, the 2019 El Paso Walmart shooter who killed 20 people. Nowrasteh slapped a “right-wing” label on him as well, even though his own writings revealed an eco-fascist worldview nearly identical to Gendron’s.

Duke also discovered that Nowrasteh omitted genuine left-wing killers from his list entirely, including the Waukesha Christmas parade attacker who drove his truck through a crowd in 2021, killing six people.

One could easily see that a more thorough examination of the data would turn up more errors and omissions.

While the CATO study tries to paint conservatives as the primary threat, real Americans remember which side spent the summer of 2020 burning down neighborhoods and which side has been calling for more civility in political discourse. They remember which politicians refused to condemn the rioting and which media outlets described burning buildings as “mostly peaceful protests.”

CATO and Nowrasteh and DINO............LOL!

on job approval Atlas Intel is the best and most accurate. They just came out with new poll saying Trump -5. They say 52 disapproval and 47 approval.

Bur Rasmussin which falls between 2 and 4 among pollsters has Trump at +2.

In any event Atlas gives him approval from a whopping 47%.

Not at all surprising but very saddening. We have a you fill in the blank country and around the world they don’t just hate Trump. They disrespect the American people as they should.

The Democrats Just Got Devastating News About the 2026 Midterms
MATT MARGOLIS

A new survey from CNBC on Thursday shows that the Democratic Party's net favorability has hit a near three-decade low.

In the new poll, the Democratic Party carries a -32 net favorability rating among registered voters.

"The -32 rating appeared to be the lowest rating for either party going back to at least 1996," CNBC said of the survey.

The Party has a 24 percent positive rating and a 56 percent negative rating. Trump's approval rating in the same poll is 46 percent versus a 51 percent disapproval rating.

EVERYTHING IS FINE, Just Russia Banning Gas and Diesel Exports
STEPHEN GREEN

"Kinetic sanctions" is the darkly humorous phrase for Kyiv's ongoing offensive against Russian energy production and distribution, and if a new report from Russia is correct, it appears to be having quite some effect."Relevant departments are discussing the extension of the ban on the export of gasoline from Russia and the introduction of a ban on the export of diesel fuel until the end of 2025," Russia-based Kommersantreported Tuesday. "This was reported by TASS with reference to a source in the industry."Nothing is final yet, of course, but the report noted that "Retail gasoline prices have increased by more than 7% since the beginning of the year, overtaking inflation by one and a half times." "Since September 9, diesel quotes have climbed more than 14 percent." Clearly, traders have serious concerns over diesel's future availability. Before the war energy was 45% of the Russian economy. Stay tuned, because the War Against Oil only began about two months ago, and it's too early for anyone to have any idea how it plays out.

More than 20% of ABC Affiliates Will Not Show the Return of 'Cryin Jimmy Kimmel Live' on Tuesday Evening

ABC-affiliate powerhouses Sinclair Broadcasting and Nexstar Media Group will not broadcast the return of "Cryin' Jimmy Kimmel Live!" to late-night programming. Nexstar owns roughly 30 stations affiliated with ABC, including several stations in deep-red states. Sinclair owns and operates nearly 40 ABC affiliate stations. Together, they control about 20% of ABC affiliates nationwide.“We made a decision last week to preempt ‘Cryin' Jimmy Kimmel Live!’ following what ABC referred to as Mr. Kimmel’s ‘ill-timed and insensitive’ comments at a critical time in our national discourse. We stand by that decision pending assurance that all parties are committed to fostering an environment of respectful, constructive dialogue in the markets we serve,” Nexstar said in a Tuesday statement. “In the meantime, we note that ‘Cryin' Jimmy Kimmel Live!’ will be available nationwide on multiple Disney-owned streaming products, while our stations will focus on continuing to produce local news and other programming relevant to their respective markets,” the company said. In addition to losing the audience, Kimmel will lose his cut of advertising revenue from the local affiliates, which is a significant hit for the comic. Sinclair said discussions with ABC were “ongoing as we evaluate the show’s potential return but until then we are going to show reruns of THE MAN SHOW..... lol!” The Walt Disney Company owns ABC. Disney released a weasel statement about the controversy:

"In order to pay for 'Cryin' Jimmy Kimmel Live' we are going to raise the price you pay for Disney and Hulu. He's lost 72% of the key demographic of young people. He's lost over a million viewers. He's toast. Gutfeld is killing him. We're not gonna pay for it...YOU ARE!"

As of the time of this publishing, few more stories on Cryin' Kimmel are likely due to the fact nobody watches him and even less care.

Logo Update: Democrat Donkey Now Holding Sniper Rifle

WASHINGTON, D.C. — In an update to make the party's longtime insignia more accurate in reflecting its modern platform and constituency, Democrats unveiled a new logo featuring a donkey holding a sniper rifle.

Following a rash of violent crimes perpetrated by members of the political left, the Democratic Party held a closed-door meeting that determined adding a sniper rifle to the logo would best depict what the party stands for and who it represents.

"It's the perfect illustration of what our party stands for," said Ken Martin, head of the Democratic National Committee. "Everyone has known the donkey as the Democratic mascot for decades, but we felt that it no longer conveyed the message of who we are as a party. Giving the donkey a sniper rifle gives us a harder edge while letting everyone know what our party stands for in 2025."

Prominent Democrats believe the updated logo would make the party's agenda clearer to voters. "When you're running political campaigns, it's important to make your message as clear as possible," said Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer. "We're the party of threats, violence, and murder, so it's only right for our logo to accurately reflect that. There's also a ‘Vote for us, or else' vibe to it, which is perfect."

At publishing time, Democrats had made the logo even more modern and inclusive for its current supporters by revealing that the sniper rifle-carrying donkey depicted was actually a male donkey that underwent gender reassignment surgery so it could pretend to be a female donkey.
