Can’t believe I’ve never asked this before. Attention points allow you to offer scholarships and visits, etc. But, do they have any value in the final decision by a player to sign?

for instance, I use 20 attention up until I offer scholarship and visits. I then reduce them to reapportion. Does this hurt with the player I had used them on? Or would it help if I continue to lavish attention?

Yes, AP continue to be important.

Per the Dev Q&A from 1-2 years ago, "It takes roughly 50 AP to build the same amount of interest per cycle as a Home Visit". So each 50 AP is similar to 1 HV.

Thanks for posting this comparison to HV. Do you find this ratio still appears to be true? In the last 3 seasons, I feel like AP have been devalued to the point where despite an A+ prestige and 80 AP a cycle (where I know the other coaches have max 40-50 due to the number of open scholarships and other battles they are in) I am unable to knock other teams down to moderate where in past seasons they never would have even got to high. Seems like AP and prestige were devalued to the point where B to B+ schools can challenge an A+ despite maximum resources being allocated (80 PA, max visits and promises)
