Well established league needs four solid owners. Would prefer to scoop some up while we're private, but can go public if needed. No drama league as always. We do adhere to the MWR policy as stated at end of this post. Come join us!

We follow WIS Fair Play Guidelines. Please be respectful of all players. Good natured ribbing is acceptable. However, trolling of other players on league chat; privately through trade chat or site-mail will not be tolerated. If somebody believes you went too far with them and asks you to stop, please be respectful and stop.
Per WIS guidelines, Owners who have not logged in for 14 days (abandoned team) may be replaced. Owners with real life priorities and inform the league are exempt.
In order to facilitate the start of the next season, all owners are asked to declare their intention of returning or not for the next season before the ML playoffs so if a owner is not returning, the league can start recruiting to fill the opening.
All owners are expected to field a competitive ML team:
1) An owner will be replaced if they do not win 195 games in any rolling 3 year period. Owners are only responsible for the seasons they have the team and only seasons the owner was there a full season will be used (replacement owners partial season not counted). An owner not meeting the win requirement can appeal to the commissioner of the league at the end of the season the requirement is not met.
2) Any owner who starts a player on the ML roster with a zero percent (0%) stamina rating will be dismissed from the league.
3) Minor League teams must be maintained to have enough players to play and not be overly fatigued (especially pitchers). All owners are expected to maintain a full minor league team at each level with enough pitching (both active and inactive) so pitching is not fatigued every game. Owners can have the sim auto-manage their minor league teams to manage pitcher fatigue.
New owners can ask to be in a mentor program for up to 2 seasons where they will receive guidance and council on game play from 1-3 veteran owners (ideal for a new owner who has less than 5 total seasons of play with the Hardball dynasty baseball game). New owners will be free to run their team as they choose but they are encouraged to seriously consider their mentors suggestions and or advice. No trades between new owners who are mentored may take place with their mentors during the 1st season or the second season should the new owner choose to continue in the mentor program.
