Grid Iron is very fun but almost all of it comes when playoffs begin - and for many of us it is title or bust. Some of the early
rounds are not competitive for various reasons. I think the following idea is VERY doable by Whatif and would be something that those involved but also to many others playing the game would draw interest.
A) There are 10 worlds starting with Rockne - As soon as a Champ is crowned at each division in that world the entire
roster is transported free of cost into a new world called T.O.C.
B) This is done until the 10th world has completed their playoffs.
C) So we have 10 CHAMPS -- one from each world
seeding is done by record and then by total plus margin during playoffs ( ex: team won by 75 points in their games )
D) 7 SEED plays 10 SEED and 8 Seed plays 9 SEED 1st Round
E) 1 SEED vs 8 /9 winner ( the 8 SEED )
2 SEED vs 7/10 winner ( the 7 SEED )
3 SEED vs 6 SEED
4 SEED vs 5 SEED
------------ this would be Round 2 with winners advancing to Final 4
F) winner of 1/8 vs winner 4/5
winner of 2/7 vs winner 3/6

G) the TITLE the two winners face off
almost all games would be very competitive in the four divisions
people not in tourney would be checking results as the interest / curiosity would probably be high
maybe the winner gets 2500 points to use for other Whatif teams
change over would NOT matter as the roster on day of Title in that world is what gets transferred to the new league
I would guess that their would be threads / maybe a live podcast predicting how the playoffs would play out
the SIm baseball on this site does a TOC - and to me that is more fun than the season or even World Series
EACH world and EACH division would get representation - What if could even give all players in the winning World a
small amount of points like 200 to have people from that world rooting / encouraging their rep to win
I know I would follow all the four divisions even though I only play D3
I think this would be easy for WIS to set up - tourney starts as soon as all 10 Worlds have their teams
What if wants more interest / more players - I think this would help!!!
