We need 1 team to replace our Cincinati franchise. We will be entering our 1983 season. We started this league in 1920. We have many good owners and usually low turnover. We have 20 teams and pretty standard progressive rules. We do a tiered win floor to help stop tanking. DH in AL. We will be starting the 1983 draft soon. They will be picking around 10th.
