Our World Rules are enforced and are:
LEAGUE RULES
1. Major League performance expectation.
A. 54 wins(.333win%) for all owners, every season
B. Every team is expected to have a reasonable roster size with competitive players at every position
C. No players at any position in the red are allowed to start a game.
2. Use of AI. - The Artificial Intelligence in this game will promote players, demote players, improperly utilize players and even release players.
Therefore.
A. All new owners are to be informed of the AI
B. All owners should seek a 'HI' or human intelligence to look after their franchise for absences longer than 2 days
C. Owners should inform the commissioner if they will be away.
D. We are approved to remove any owner who is absent for longer than 7 days even without incident.
3. Minor league performance expectations.
A. 200 wins (.306win%) minimum total from AAA to RL.
B. AAA - RL, minimum .250 win% at each level. (AAA - Low A, 36 wins each; RL 19 wins)
C. Every team is expected to have 25 players at all minor league levels with a competitive number of players at each position.
D. No players at any level at any position in the red are allowed to start a game.
Consequences
1. Missing the ML W% = automatic expulsion
2. Missing one minor league W% = lose either a #1 pick or IFA participation for the following season
3. Missing two minor league W% = item 2 and discussion for expulsion
4. Missing three or more minor league W% = automatic expulsion
5. All matters of fatigue issues as opposed to the rule expectations outlined previously will be discussed and voted upon at the end of the season by the VG.
NOTE: The rules are in place to ensure that there is some consistent competitiveness and assurance that franchises will not be excessively depleted. Some exemptions and flexibility are possible (i.e.. Illness, acts of nature) but it is expected that all owners otherwise adhere to this plan
