how long does it take for guys to fill there open scholarships?
like will you be done on the first round on signings or will you still be shopping around after that?
side question? can you get any good players by waiting for guys to sign and then getting player that are put back into the mix?

1. Some guys fill their roster at first signings, some do not.
2. Yes, some very useful players can be gotten that way, especially in the second interval after first signings, but you have to be prepared in advance.
