The $60M TOC has been slowly filling for the last 3 or so years. It's getting close, now at 29 of 32 spots filled. This league is an attempt to help fill the rest of the TOC with highly competitive teams. Most teams in the TOC come from leagues with restrictive themes (franchise, decade, etc.). No roster restrictions on this league, so the teams should have an advantage in the TOC. All owners are welcome to enter 2 teams.
