Best case for him is you offer a scholarship and cut him so he can goto a D2 school.
12 green in a season makes me think he has huge potential there, but only 5 on BH seems low for him to have a ton of upside there. Whats your practice plan look like?

you're seeing some diminishing returns with the 38 minutes.

Maybe a thought to drop that by about 10 minutes and move it to another category(s).
Passing may help, as if he plays and gets the ball, you'll probably want him to get rid of it.

I don't see any future for him with a good D1 team. Occasionally the top prestige teams may get a guy 100 points higher than this as a walk-on.
