2 teams in the NL EAST -

both constantly finish 1st and second. Both have excellent assets with reasonable payroll states.

The other team -

Located in the A.L. south
Amateur draft pick #9
Team has excellent assets at every level of the minors
Is in great payroll shape with decent talent at the major lg level
