Here are the rules:
- Permanent MLB locations and team names; no franchise name changes or relocation
- Maintain your minors or you're out
- Veteran's committee of four owners plus the commissioner will decide on all issues of contention.
- Total IFA spending cap of 15m
- MWR:Those who fail to win 55 games for one season, 115 over two and 180 over three consecutive seasons shall draft a two-pitch pitcher with their earliest pick in the following Amateur draft. This rule only applies if the current owner has had control of the team over the entire period.

AL South's Tampa Bay Rays have the first overall pick in the draft.

AL East's Boston Red Sox are a solid franchise in the same division as the commissioner

AL East's New York Yankees are looking for an owner who wants to stay longer than one season

AL North's Toronto Blue Jays are available

AL South's Kansas City Royals are open

NL West's Colorado Rockies are a fun challenge, with the crazy ballpark

Being a Jays fan, it saddens me that nobody is snapping up that available franchise. I wish I could've taken that one in our location selection process. Oh well.
