Chicago (AL North): This team had the same owner for 10 straight seasons, making the playoffs in each of the final 7 of those seasons, before that owner moved on. The team has had a different owner in each of the past two seasons, going 63-99 and earning a high draft pick in Season 63, and then barely missing the .500 mark last season. There should still be good talent available here.

Tokyo (NL West): This team had consistent ownership for 6 seasons, before that owner moved on after the same season Chicago's owner left. A reliable owner has run the team for the past 2 seasons, albeit without much success, losing 101 and then 98 games over that short stretch. The good news is, they earned a high draft pick last year, and will be getting another one this year, paving the way for a short turnaround for an owner with a little bit of patience.
