I get you, "ski trip" does sound like a first world problem.
The point is that life often gets in the way and WIS could do easy things to help just a little . . . like having the Assistant Coach send us useful reminders. For example:
* Coach, the regular season starts tomorrow so if we are redshirting anyone we need to make sure their redshirt is applied before tomorrow's game.
* Coach, the postseason ends today so if we still have any non-conference games to schedule, we need to schedule them today.
I have asked WIS for this multiple times and they just say they will consider it.
Other coaches have asked for other improvements that would be helpful, such as:
* More custom playbooks because 12 playbooks is not enough for many of us coaches, especially when you run different formations and/or have several teams.
* More customizable formations because 10 isn't enough for most of us.
Again, WIS said they would look into these simple improvements, but they haven't done anything at all.
We pay hundreds off dollars per year to play Gridiron Dynasty. I myself have paid WIS more than $2,000 in less than five years. That's over $400 per year. I'd guess that spending level is in line with many other coaches here.
The least WIS could do is give us these little improvements that would make our lives easier.
