There is a certain starting pitcher who is currently 5-12 with a 7.94 ERA for me in round 3 of the draft tournament that is available in this draft and who will certainly get selected in round 1. It will NOT be me who selects him. In fact, I doubt that I will ever use this guy again.

Instead, I will take... 1933 Carl Hubbell, $12,114,190

well, it's probably this guy. but hopefully he can only get better.

Yep, you are correct. He's now a $14 million mop-up pitcher.

This is the team that won 110 games in round 1 (outscoring it's opponents by 350 runs).

In round 2, I replaced a 200K player with '02 Bill Bernhard in the mini-draft, and won only 82 games in round 2, But we were 11-22 in 1-run games and were +78 in run differential, so bad luck.

In round 3, I replaced another 200K player with '05 Mathewson in the mini-draft, and the team is now in last place with a 57-65 record (-55 run differential).

So '05 Mathewson is forever on my sh*t list.
