CAPB just rolled.

A large majority of the league is composed of long time owners and our major Private World Rule is a SALARY CAP:

MAJOR LEAGUE MAXIMUM CONTRACT: 5 years/$75m, including signing bonus. Annual compensation (salary & bonus) cannot exceed $15MM in any one year.
It keeps things interesting.

All that said, we have 2 openings....

The first team was 54-108, has the 2nd overall pick in the upcoming draft and is primed for a rebuild with talent already in the minors:
