Ok we are so used to Kurri, Bossy,, Trottier, Robitaille, and all those 20% and more shooters. Ever wanted to try a league in which ALL forwards are LESS THAN 20%

but In 24 years here; I can't remember seeing such a theme.

So I made one.

All F at 20% or more are blacklisted.

Rules?? Just one: NO CLONES
