The NWPEE is a dual progressive currently in the early days of our 1935/2000 season.

We currently are a 20 team league, but recently voted to expand to 24 in 1936/2001.

We had 4 new owners lined up, but 1 went AWOL, necessitating this ad.

The Expansion Draft (where the new owners will select from the existing team's lists of unprotected players) will begin on or around May 31st.

The Expansion Draft order will be decided randomly and it will be a snake draft 1-4 then 4-1... and so forth.

For the Rookie/FA Draft. the expansion owner draft order will be reversed.

How many players were the current teams allowed to protect

Teams protect 7 at first. New teams also pick in the first four slots of the regular draft. Expansion rules in this league are relatively friendly to new teams.
