We have finished season 2 of the Hall of Pretty Good League and are starting signups for season 3. The rules are pretty simple:

• All players must have a bWAR lower than 38.6 (per Baseball Reference)
• No MVPs or Cy Young award winners
• Can't be a Hall of Famer
• Cannot be in the top 15 all-time in saves
• Must be officially retired or do not have an official WIS season in three years
• 1930- present

$110 mil salary cap, no WWW, clones, trades or AAA. No DH. Designed to celebrate the players with great seasons/good careers. Modeled after the MLB Hall of Pretty Good Twitter/Instagram account.

Every year, the league's Cy Young, MVP and Fireman Award winners are blacklisted (they graduate from the Hall of Pretty Good and into the Hall of Very Good lol). So far, these are the blacklisted players:
