Is there a league ID # to use for drafting the remaining spots on the roster other than the 7 protected keepers and the 3 "stolen" players or how do we fill out the rest of the roster beforehand?

the rest of your roster will be made up of Minnesota Twins which were not stolen/drafted by other teams.
