I've been playing HD for a little over 20 years of real time and in all my seasons I've probably only redshirted 5-6 players. This season of my 4 recruits I have 3 that won't be playing right away and so I can afford to redshirt one on them, but am needing some feedback on who to give it to, so I figured I'd share with the community and see what the consensus is.

Without that information I'd just recruit whichever one had the most green potentials.

Sorry about that I realized anyone seeing the thread couldn't see potentials after the fact so here's screenshots. Got two guys with 5 greens and 1 guy with 4 but the higher work ethic
