Love progressive leagues, but hate the power imbalance? Tired of one or two users accumulating all the superstars and draft picks and winning every season (Yes, I realize I am the most guilty of this)?

Re-introducing the Salary Cap Progressive League! This was a great league ran by robusk a few years ago that was full of parity and competitive balance. I am bringing it back with a few tweaks. Biggest rule change is a random free agent to simulate real life and provide even more balance. Short version of the rules posted below. Full version of rules is in the league forum for anyone who signs up.

Due to overwhelming feedback, we will be eliminating the free agent rule.

This league was maybe the best progressive out there before it went down. Lots of parity and competition. We have raised the cap from last time by $1M.

Eliminating the 35/45 2 phase cap? Or the random FA?

This post doesn’t state the FA salary cap phase but the league forum doesn’t state the random FA so not sure which FA rule got changed
