Three teams available in a stable, no drama, solid world. The three teams are:

NL South - 88-74 last season. Won division. Best player is https://www.whatifsports.com/hbd/Pages/Popups/FranchiseRatings.aspx?fid=8024. Couple other decent players. I'd rebuild, but certainly doesn't require a rebuild.

NL West - 76-86 last season. 12th pick in this year's draft. Decent young, cheap players at ML level. Couple good vets. Compensation pick at 15 this year. Seems like a nice team to take over.
