Eddie- Bernie- Dryden PC OC

any teammate (per hockey db) of Eddie Giacomin, Bernie Parent or Ken Dryden. you can twist. and, to make it interesting- if you draft a teammate that coached- you can use 4 players that the player coached- twisting allowed for them too. The teammate (coach)- must be a head coach or "co-head coach" in the hockey db database. also- the non-nhl teammates are available- but they must have played in the NHL- and have a wis draftable season. so, for eddie- you bruin fans can't use harry sinden- because he doesn't have a wis season.

you must have at least 7 tteammates of your chosen goalie(which includes the "coach" teammates.")

FYI- phil esposito and eddie were never teammates- espo was traded to the NYR a week after eddie was dealt to detroit.

i am not locking a goalie at a set number of entries (since we can't set divisions) and a team with any of the 3 should be pretty even with the other options

$125 mil cap; max 2 inj; no playoff intensity; since eddie and bernie got traded, you can trade - 6 to veto, ties, no shoot-outs- since ken, eddie and bernie didn't have them.

NO Clones and no gretzky and no super mario (that's for you mike)

oh yeah. you have to draft eddie on an eddie team and bernie for a bernie team and ken for a ken team

Hockey DB lists assistant coaches as well as head coaches...does your coach rule include jobs like assistant coaches, goalie coaches, etc.??

let's keep it to head coach or co-head coach. that gives some good options. also-spoiler- eddie's non-NHL team mates also are available- but the teammate must have played in the NHL and be in the wis database (to be drafted)

Maybe make it a 3-way tribute and include Dryden (8 teams for each of the 3)? That might help it fill a little easier.

Either way, I'll take a Parent team. He was in net for the first hockey game I ever attended.
