Hey folks we've just wrapped up the world series and looking ahead at season 67. We're a fun world with little drama and long time owners. This is our first time having any openings in a couple seasons.

Here's a look into the open franchises with links to each and a synopsis of each team.

The Tacoma Franchise in the AL North - FILLED
A well-run team that's been run by the same owner the past 8 seasons and have come in first in the division each time. They'll have the #19 pick in the upcoming draft.
A couple big contracts coming off the books at the end of the season and a couple more that have options, meaning this team will have a lot of financial flexibility coming quickly.
There's one really big contract still on the books for the next couple of seasons, but at least it's for an All-Star level pitcher Miguel Berroa. Examples of some of the good players with options (and potential FA compensation) are 2B Brian Kim and P Edgard Benett.
This franchise has a depleted minor league system. I need a somewhat experienced owner who will come in and actually sustain the minors or this could become a trainwreck. Apologies but no newbies for this one. Again, it's a good team. I just need someone who will be sure it's safe for the long term.

The Detroit Franchise in the NL North
This one finished just under .500 and has the #14 pick in next seasons draft. They actually also have the #30 pick for type D comp, so 2 first rounders. Some high end talent to work around in 1B Rico Terrero, 3B Deivi Hollands, 2B Melvin Donald, and P Michael Breen.
The minors have been pretty well managed. We have P Jhonatan Manuel, 2B Willie Reynoso, former 1st rd pick SS Rossmel Jordan, former 1st rd pick SS Jordany Cespedes, former 1st rd pick LF Jolbert Aguilar. A lot of flexibility in whatever direction the next owner wants to go in.

The Tokyo franchise in the NL West - FILLED
A very well maintained franchise that's on the upswing with multiple former 1st rd picks in the minors. Has the #9 pick in next seasons draft. Only had $53M in salary this past season and has tons of club controlled contracts. Some of the top big league talent includes club controlled SS Tony De Aza, club controlled CF Keyvius Cedeno, LF Darryl Hodges, club controlled former #4 overall pick 2B Blake McConnell, club controlled former #7 overall pick P Stephen Hall, club controlled former #9 overall pick P Dayan Gongora.
Still plenty of talent in the minors as well like former #3 overall pick CF Rafael Cairo. Also all-star caliber bat in DH Roger O'Brien, #7 overall pick from this year's draft C Terry Serano, former 1st rd comp pick CF Dennis Redmond, serviceable CF Cito Fontana, former 1st rd pick LF Enerio Hollands, former 1st rd comp pick SS Chris Gaviglio, RF Brennan Renfroe, and first rd comp pick from this year's draft, RF Phil Lofton.
